VERNACULAR ARCHITECTURE
The elegant 5-story condominium hotel has been designed by WATG, one of the world leading design consultants in the hospitality industry. WATG drew inspiration from the 400-year history of Boka Bay, seamlessly integrating the historical Montenegrin vernacular with modern day glamour.
Landscaping
Regent Pool Club Residences lush landscaping is native Mediterranean with beach style accents. The pools take centre stage, using clean and sophisticated lines to perfectly frame the incredible views. The tiered infinity pool, lined with palm trees echoes the Miami Art Deco scene and creates a feel of exclusivity and luxury.
The Pool Podium
The central courtyard is an oasis of gardens, pools and tranquillity, making it the property’s overarching attraction. On the pool deck, a tiered infinity pool takes centre stage, shaded by palms and with soft scents of jasmine, providing a secluded space in which to relax. A separate 25m lap pool is ideal for the more active, whilst children can also enjoy their own space with two designated splash pools.

Rental options
All residences benefit from Regent’s bespoke hotel services and can be included in the rental programme. Participation in the rental programme is completely optional but is dependent on the residence adhering to hotel policies and rental standards - i.e. being equipped with the hotel furnishings package.
The owner and guests may use the residence at any time on an unlimited basis with advance notice. When not in use, the unit will be available for rental to guests of the hotel.
The condominium charges, set at EUR 85 / sqm of the total gross serviceable area, include all basic charges, manager services fee, shared facilities charges, group residences insurance and a sinking fund. These charges are billed quarterly to every owner regardless of whether their residence is rented or not.
